Some Notes on Mary Duane Yoga Classes

Gentle/General/Intermediate Yoga Classes:                                                         
Unless otherwise stated, classes are for one and a half hours and take place in Mary’s home in Killinick (close to Tacumshin Village). Organised on the basis of six weekly sessions. Cost: €60 for six weekly sessions

Private Yoga Classes:                                                                                            
Many individuals prefer to attend private classes They can thereby learn to work safely through a Yoga programme devised specifically to suit their needs under the personal guidance of an experienced teacher. Cost: €30 per session

Yoga classes for the corporate sector:                                                                         Mary has run evening classes for companies and organisations, including the Irish Management Institute in Dublin and the Environmental Protection Agency in Wexford. She is available to those companies or organisations who would like to provide classes for their staff. Cost: As agreed with company/organisation.

Weekend Workshops:  
Take place in Curracloe House Yoga Centre, a beautiful peaceful location in lovely surroundings in North Wexford and ideal for a full day’s workshop.
Cost: €40 per day, including lunch.

Visiting Teachers:     
Mary organises weekend workshops/Yoga holidays for visiting teachers in Wexford and is hoping to welcome Rachel Lovegrove to her first visit to Ireland next May. Please contact Mary to book a place on this course, or if you are a teacher and would like to run a yoga holiday/workshop in Wexford.
